Exploit Driver

Exploit Driver was born in 2019 with a two-folded objective: Improve the return on investment of EU-funded projects and facilitate the work of consortia in exploitation tasks. During our participation in EU-funded projects, it always struck us how team members in charge of defining the exploitation strategy within the project do not necessarily have the knowledge or the tools to perform this work efficiently. During one of our workshops, it became clear that we were equipped with the means to help. With extensive experience in many types of EU-funded projects, and specific business knowledge ranging from teaching to Venture Capital investor, the Exploit Driver team can make exploitation easier to consortia by teaching some specific business tools and applying them in a workgroup session, as well as organising roundtables with experts that improve the knowledge of the attendees and allow an increase in the return on investment of both the EU-funding and the workshops itself. Our workshops are designed together with the consortia to provide them with the best tools towards the definition of their specific exploitation strategy. A starting point is developed jointly during the event and guidelines are given towards a more in-depth development for the exclusive benefit of the partners of the consortium.
