One of 14 FAA-licensed spaceports in the nation, Exploration Spaceport is under the direction of the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority (TCAA) and is located at Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida. Licensed for horizontal launch and landing activities, Exploration Spaceport is conveniently situated approximately six miles from Kennedy Space Center and offers easy access to I-95, U.S. Highway 1, Port Canaveral (and FTZ-136), SR 405 (NASA Causeway), and rail service. Development is underway for multiple industrial facilities that will be able to accommodate a variety of needs, such as satellite processing areas, high-tech manufacturing, clean rooms, high bays, and more. Corporate hangars are also in the development phase.
