Xponentia was set up to address the paucity of capital in the Indian mid-market corporate sector. At the growth stage of their life-cycle, in addition to capital, companies need to “corporatize” their business in order to scale up for long-term sustainable growth. Xponentia aims to be a catalyst for such sustainable growth by providing capabilities & capital to our portfolio companies through our uniquely developed Value Creation Strategy. We are committed to partnering with extraordinary entrepreneurs in helping build exceptional businesses. Investment philosophy We generally look for fast growing business in need of equity financing with Enterprise Valuations less than INR 1000 Cr and positive EBITDA. Our target founders seek to maximise shareholder value and are equally excited about M&A or IPO at fair values. While we typically invest between INR 75-120 Cr in each investment, we can invest a larger amount (>INR 250 Cr) in select situations.
