Exceed develops a novel technology for the extraction of sunflower protein and gives solution to the the Protein Gap in Food Production. 🌻 We use the circular economy approach to by-products to generate more value-added and sustainably sourced materials. Starting with the input of the by product – presscake, currently underutilized and sold as animal food, it is rich in sunflower protein. ♻️ Our 3-layer innovation manages to upgrade the classical approach of extraction, to utilize even more protein and to give microbial solution - we create protein of the non protein part of the by-product.
