About ExSeed Ltd.
Exceed develops a novel technology for the extraction of sunflower protein and gives solution to the the Protein Gap in Food Production. š» We use the circular economy approach to by-products to generate more value-added and sustainably sourced materials. Starting with the input of the by product ā presscake, currently underutilized and sold as animal food, it is rich in sunflower protein. ā»ļø Our 3-layer innovation manages to upgrade the classical approach of extraction, to utilize even more protein and to give microbial solution - we create protein of the non protein part of the by-product. Š¢he distinctive feature of the sunflower protein in comparison with other plant-based solutions is that it has the best amino acid profile because it contains all the essential amino acids in high degree and in balances proportions. š± The future is here and we are proud to contribute with high-quality innovative and sustainable product!
