Extend Pharmacy’s professional, clinical and dispensing services are designed to meet best practice recommendations for patients receiving take-home cancer drugs in our community. Our goal is to reduce barriers and challenges associated with taking cancer medications and promote safe and successful cancer treatments for our patients and their loved ones.
We welcome referrals from our oncologist & hematologist colleagues and self-scheduling of appointments from patients or their loved ones who wish to receive Extended Cancer Care services in the Ottawa region.
