In addition Extended became the first Franchise of Worldsites a Canadian Major specialising in developing Websites, e commerce, e learning, e crm, Intranets, Mumtimedia , Flash, Hosting and Consultancy.
These were relatively new technologies and the challenge lay in communicating the advantages of the Internet and showing tangible results. Educating the customer and providing realistic exectations was important. Extended was successful in designing and implementing over 100 websites in the first 5 years.
