Rather than take a portion of the Consultants hourly rate for successful matches (like our competitors) we charge a small monthly fee ($10) to Consultants to apply to unlimited projects (it is free to post a profile and access the projects list). Once the Consultant connects with the Client, External Talent is no longer involved; the Consultant negotiates a contract with the Client and performs the work, in the same fashion as if the Client was self-sourced by the Consultant!
