Extractives Advisory is a business consultancy firm established to help companies across the natural resources value chain bridge the skills gaps encountered as they grow and evolve. We are a 'one stop shop' for companies in need of experienced professionals on an ad hoc or project basis for day to day operations or strategic transactions, including new market entry, IPOs, M&A and post-merger integration. We provide strategic support covering the full spectrum of non-technical business operations - including ESG, finance and accounting, legal, IT and HR. All of our professionals have gained experience at major extractives companies prior to joining our firm.
