ExtremePACS ilk kurulumunu yaptığı 2007 Ocak ayından sonra hızla büyüyerek şu anda aralarında Çapa Tıp Fakültesinin,Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale, Atatürk Araştırma Ve Eğitim Hastanesi,Bakırköy Araştırma ve Eğitim Hastanesi nin de aralarında bulunduğu 24 merkezde radyologlar tarafından beğeni ile kullanılmaktadır.
Kasım 2007 itibari ile ExtremePACS Ar-Ge faaliyetlerini Hacettepe Teknokent’teki yeni merkezine taşımış olup hızlı ve istikrarlı bir şekilde büyümeye devam etmektedir.
