Extremophiles Biotech Lab is a multidisciplinary research group dedicated to exploring the vast diversity of extremophilic microorganisms and unlocking their potential for biotechnological innovation. Our work spans the discovery, characterization, and bioengineering of enzymes and biomolecules adapted to extreme conditions, with applications across industrial and environmental sectors. Our core strengths lie in enzyme discovery, protein expression, and bioengineering—developing robust biocatalysts that can function under industrial conditions. Through metagenomics, synthetic biology, and advanced molecular tools, we aim to create novel solutions for cleaner, greener bioprocesses.
