Extrusion Tooling and Technology Inc. is a high tech designer of custom extrusion dies and sizing tools to the plastic industry, with unexcelled accuracy and dependability, since 1987. ETTI will provide technical expertise, end product know-how and old fashioned craftsmanship from the most advanced programming equipment including CAD system tool design and Four Axis, EDM independent programming, along with our skill in building dies for a wide range of polymers. Our custom dies can be made of the material of your choice or we will recommend a proper material based upon the application and other specified parameters. Our sizing tools (either profile, vacuum, dry or post form sizers) are constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel. ETTI provides high-speed sizing for hollow shapes, too. One key factor for our leadership position in the field is design flexibility. ETTI has the unique capability for the independent programming of the top and bottom of the work piece at the same time. Known as Four Axis EDM cutting, this simultaneous programming capability provides streamline extrusion tooling.
