Introduction: Exwys is a new app-based sharing economy platform. We aim to provide a seamless and integrated multilingual platform that provides car rentals, accommodations, and ride-hailing services. Our users: It’s important to note that our primary target users are Chinese speakers who are visiting the US as tourists or temporarily residing in the US. This is a niche group that appreciates specialized and integrated service that works like the apps they use at home. It is a large group with millions of members. Our hosts: Our integrated service providers or “hosts” include small and medium-sized car rental companies, individual vehicle owners as well as homestays and hotels. Our advantage: Compared to native US-designed platforms, we provide better services for Chinese language users. This includes a professional Chinese language app interface and customer service in Mandarin. We also plan to incorporate China’s latest fintech innovations and will accept native payment methods such as Alipay and Wechat Wallet. Compared to other Chinese platforms, we go the extra mile and have offices in the US and in Asia. We have a proven wealth of local resources that enable us to quickly resolve issues for our users and hosts. Specialized service: We provide a professional 24/7 phone-based and internet-based customer service platform with the ability to respond to our customers' needs anytime, anywhere. Objective: We aim to connect U.S. hosts with the large and rapidly growing pool of Chinese speaking visitors. By bridging language, cultural and technological gaps, we aim to truly optimize the allocation of our hosts' resources. By making visits to the US less stressful and more inclusive of the broader American experience for our Chinese clients, we aim to provide important social returns to both countries.
