Eyemind have developed GazeDriver – the world's first screen-less eye control solution for wheelchairs.
Our product is about giving independence to people who have very little of that. People who can’t control their body and only can move with the help from other people. Our solution gives the user freedom to move towards people, things, or experiences. Or away from situations or unfriendly surroundings. It gives people the ability to move.
Besides making it achievable for people to control the wheelchair – orden for the first time – we have also made it possible to communicate with GazeDriver (add-on coming in the future). The users’ eyes can function like a mouse on a computer or mobile device and therefor they can write emails, surf the net, or call for help with the solution.
The values we want for the users to experience are also the values we have for our company. Whether it is that we want to work at different places in the world, how we plan our workday or the partnerships we have – freedom, independence, and self-determination define all the choices we make.
