Eygló

The goal of Eygló is to promote and accelerate the development of innovative circular and green energy transition projects. Fostering collaborations to support climate -and energy-related initiatives while bridging the gap between individuals, companies, and institutions in East Iceland. Eygló focuses on bringing in foreign and domestic financing to East Iceland for research and development of energy and climate-friendly solutions which will strengthen the circular economy and improve energy efficiency in the region. Behind the project Eygló are three founding partners; Landsvirkjun (The National Power Company), the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Climate, and Austurbrú (The developmental agency of East Iceland).
