Ezgaat

EZGAAT is an Architecture and Design group based in Milan. EZGAAT is contemporary, metropolitan and part of the digital generation. It creates design strategies that work on a global level, by implementing the use of advanced technologies to create purposeful, innovative design. EZGAAT design works symbiotically with it’s surroundings, by respecting and including cultural heritage into the vision of a project. EZGAAT is a team of multicultural creatives: architects, designers, artists and innovators. It has a multidisciplinary approach, it creates platforms for interaction, research and learning. It hosts several cultural events, seminars, exhibitions and internationally renowned workshops. Founded in 2014 by Amr Ezzeldinn, Davide Gamberini and Yagiz Atli. Some of the cultural projects: - "SBODIO32": It is a project based exhibition that interacts with the public through a series of events, seminars and workshops. The exhibition is being held at "Ventura Design District"; one of the most vibrant areas of Milan's design week (Fuorisalone). showcasing innovative works produced by a range of contemporary talents within the fields of industrial design, product design, fashion design and architecture; all focusing on the central theme of "the age of digital fabrication". - "Cultura Metropolitana": Mobility should consolidate the local culture by spreading it to the city’s spines and document it in its urban structure. The first approach, the physical infill, would occur in unused available spaces in it by turning them to cultural platforms, gathering and collecting urban culture. The second approach concerns transportation, as it should be taken as an advantage to diffuse culture to the very quotidian activities happening in the infrastructural system. This proposal seeks to play with the timescale of mobility, by reforming these elements from their current limited function to active transporters of information and experience.
