F.E.E.D. Your Bliss was founded with the intention of helping others find the true meaning of holistic well-being in their every day life. For me, this means a sense of emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. True wellness sits at the intersection of all three realms. Our culture has many resources for physical health (dieticians, fitness trainers, etc.) and mental health (therapists, rapid eye therapy, etc.) but I've found a lack in spiritual health resources.
