F.I.T. PT was founded by Dr. Kimberly S. Seman, PT, DPT, CSCS, CHC in early 2018 with the goal of using an integrative approach to provide personalized Physical Therapy to patients in their home environment. Since then, F.I.T. PT has grown to include a selective team of specialized Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Massage Therapists who have years of experience providing quality and skilled intervention. We hold the highest standards and prioritize the needs and goals of our patients in order to help optimize their quality of life and get them back to doing what they love!
F.I.T. PT, Florida In-Home Therapy, currently provides Home Based Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Massage Therapy services in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. We are a team of therapists who are passionate about providing personalized and integrative therapy for people across the lifespan with all different types of conditions, diagnoses, injuries, and limitations.
