F.J. Turner Company is a supplier of FDOT approved, high-strength composite manhole and water valve risers. Turner manhole and water valve risers are used throughout the United States and Canada and are designed to withstand the strongest road forces found on any roadway while remaining light-weight and simple to install. Turner valve adjustment risers are made with up to 60% recycled material and are up to 40% less expensive than ordinary steel risers. Additionally, Turner composite risers have been tested and certified to withstand a load of 50,000 lbs. - the highest weight test required for an adjustment riser anywhere.
