Our purpose is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. 1st F - Fitness We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does. The Q is responsible for ensuring that no man is left behind, and that all men get a good workout. 2nd F - For more than 90% of F3 guys, the reason they keep coming back, setting their alarm for 4:45 or 5 a.m. multiple days a week is the friendships that are built in the Gloom. We reinforce the Second F through organized participation in physical challenges like obstacle races, mud runs, distance relay races, GORUCK events, etc. as well as regular coffeeterias after our Saturday AOs and happy hours. 3rd F - We define faith not as one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself. Our workouts often end with prayer, but we encourage the Q to put their own stamp on the circle of trust. The relationships formed in the gloom often end up becoming accountability relationships to help you accelerate towards higher impact across your life.
