The F. A. Peabody Insurance is a privately held, family corporation with roots dating back to 1927 in the town of Houlton. Frank Allen Peabody started the business as a property casualty insurance agency, but over the years it has expanded and diversified into real estate brokerage, travel services, life, health and group benefits, investment management, risk management services, third-party administration and broadband Internet services.
