All our products are plant-based, organic, perservative-free, allergen-free, and made with simple, clean ingredients. Fabalish is at the forefront of the emerging trend for "real" plant-based foods. Fabalish was founded to provide healthy and delicious options for consumers craving to eat better. It all began with a life-changing health journey for our founder, Jessica, who healed herself through clean, plant-based foods. Food is life, and we’re on a mission to fix our food system. Out with the highly processed, lab-engineered foods loaded with artificial preservatives and additives. Our products are made with organic and simple ingredients, and feature a healthier, plant-based, allergen-free twist on classics such as falafel, condiments, and brownies. We do everything around the bean ('faba' in Latin), utilizing chickpeas for our falafel and brownie bites, and the upcycled aquafaba (chickpea broth) to replace egg and dairy in classic condiments such as mayo, ranch, and tzatziki.
