Backed by three generations of butchers, our award-winning smallgoods speak for themselves. Fabbris Smallgoods has supplied distributors, wholesalers, food service, cafes and restaurants, delis, butcher shops and independent retailers across Australia with the finest smallgoods for more than 40 years. From hand-crafted, air-dried prosciutto, pancetta and capocollo made the Italian way, to naturally smoked rustic style hams and bacon to our range of continental sausages, pizza toppings and mortadella, there is a Fabbris product to suit all tastes.
