FabHoods is a Progress Tracking and Communications App for real estate projects. We help real estate developers to communicate effectively with their customers during the construction phase of the project and and increase transparency + convenience for all the stakeholders involved in the project. FabHoods was started as a result of its founder not being able to track the construction progress of his newly purchased property during covid-19 lockdown. What started as a simple problem statement has now turned into a full fledged solution aimed at solving the issue of communication and disclosures between real estate developers and their customers. FabHoods aims to remove the geographical barriers between the construction site and property owners.
