Fondata nel 1923, Facenti nasce dall’intuizione imprenditoriale del nonno Italo, che avvia un’azienda manifatturiera di calze. L’utilizzo di macchinari all’avanguardia, di fabbricazione americana, contraddistingue ulteriormente lo spirito innovativo del fondatore. Negli anni del boom economico italiano, avviene il passaggio di consegne dalla prima alla seconda generazione, il figlio Luigi apre una nuova fase produttiva, caratterizzata da un’evoluzione nella qualità dei filati e nella ricerca sempre più orientata all’originalità e alla creatività. Introduce maglie operate e fantasie sempre più audaci, che diventano presto elemento distintivo del marchio Facenti. Oggi Facenti produce 4 linee di prodotto Made in Italy, restando leader del settore grazie alla capacità di innovarsi nello stile e nella produzione: ALTO Milano, Doing, iSok e Facenti. // Founded in 1923, Facenti was founded from the grand-father Italo, endowed from an entrepreneurial intuition, which started a manufacturing company of socks. His originality is reflected in the choice of the brand: the stylized face of the family dog, a bulldog, with the acronym CIF (Italo Facenti Hosiery) incised onto the collar. The use of modern American-made machinery distinguishes in a further way the innovative spirit of the founder. During the Italian economic boom, takes the handover from the first to the second generation. The son, Luigi, started a new productive phase, characterized by an evolution of yarns’ quality and through research increased focus on originality and creativity. Introduces mesh made and patterns always more bold, which became soon a distinctive element of the Facenti brand. Facenti is now producing 4 brands that are on the top of the Made in italy Fashion's: ALTO Milano, Doing, iSok and Facenti.
