Employers shortlist candidates by watching their one minute video profiles and then connect with those candidates. It is ideal for time-starved employers who are struggling to differentiate between candidates based on their CV's alone and it gives candidates the means to stand out and get their personality across to prospective employers. Face Value uses a "swipe, match and connect" process, so it's quick and easy to use anywhere and anytime. We have chosen to focus on the property and construction industry in the UK to start with, however, we see it as being applicable to any industry and over time we plan to introduce it to other sectors and countries.
