FACIL Multifamily is a boutique real estate firm that invests in Multifamily compounds, specializing in finding top entrepreneurs, excellent investments, and upgrading the Multifamily complexes. We focus on two sub-markets. We view Multifamily as a separate asset class, and despite the changes in asset prices and fluctuations arising from economic cycles, we believe that in terms of character and location, multifamily assets will continue to be an anchor in various private and institutional investment portfolios. We choose to invest in added-value assets only, which are purchased off-market, at appealing prices. For each project chosen, we set forth a clear improvement plan drafted by talented, experienced teams.
