What would happen if all FM professionals, asset, property, real estate, logistics, supply chain and camp management joined for a more sustainable future? We don’t know, because until now, every one of us, in our company, in our city, has worked to bring small changes in reduced boundaries. And what would happen if all the human resource managers, instead of looking for the technician they need at that very moment, in that particular place, began to recruit sustainably, comparing with other companies to increase the quality of their assets and their way of doing business, choosing with ethics the technician who can really bring a change even a long distance from us? How are we supposed to be good at what we do if we don’t confront the rest of the world? We’re just a drop of water in the ocean. Together, though, you can be the ocean. It is the butterfly effect: a targeted and conscious action, even small, in the light of the sun can bring wide-ranging and long-term changes in contexts that we have never imagined. Try to believe.
