Facility Job

Facility Job is a small scale partnership project conducted by Inspire Consulting (Poland) and Aurive (Italy) focused on the exchange of methods and practices toward post diploma work placement of disadvantaged learners. The project is funded under the Erasmus + Programme 2014-2021 Erasmus+ Vocational Education and Training (VET). The project actions allow the cooperating partners to exchange best practices and strategies for enhancing vocational students employability. The project will enable the partner to develop some innovative actions aimed at developing a set of tools to improve the the quality of work placement services in vocational training, trough better internship placements and work based learning chances. Quality in vocational training will be developed also by fostering a stronger connection between vocational schools and business companies from the industrial field.
