We propose 3 approaches to launch/develop a Private Label: • One is to simply start with a collection based on the 121Time brand portfolio, which is rapid and highly cost efficient. Basically by stamping a logo on existing dials or producing a new dial • Another is to consequently start an development from scratch by tooling. The minimum order quantity is 300 cases, with Swiss Made or Japanese movement. Different variations of dials, hands, straps are possible for a same case, as well as different finishes (various coatings; chrono or classical execution) • Possibility exists also to create a new case by CNC machine with a MOQ of 100 cases.
