Fain Environmental provides project management, hydraulic modeling, hydrology, and geomorphology of streams, rivers, floodplains, estuaries, and coasts. We provide scientific analysis, technical guidance, and innovative solutions for habitat restoration projects and fish passage of diverse scale, complexity, and type. Fain Environmental has extensive stream restoration design experience. We take pride in our fish passage culvert replacement solutions, which contribute to the enhancement of both fish habitat and the surrounding ecosystem. Fain Environmental has performed hydraulic and geomorphic analysis of culverts and bridges for counties, tribes, WSDOT, and salmon enhancement groups. Fain Environmental works collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams for federal, state, county, city, non-profit, tribes, and private stakeholders. Our key personnel at Fain Environmental have completed over 50 trout and salmon enhancement projects and 30 culvert/bridge removal/replacement projects.
