Fair Change Community Services is a legal clinic that fights Provincial Offence tickets on behalf of people who are homeless, street-involved, mentally ill or addicted to substances. We appeal individual tickets, appeal past ticket convictions and have launched a Charter challenge of the Ontario Safe Streets Act.
