About Community & Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP)
CLASP is a free legal clinic located in Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. We help people with their legal problems who cannot afford a lawyer. We provide assistance to low income individuals in the City of Toronto in the following four areas: Administrative Law (ODSP, CICB, Human Rights, Tenant Rights) Criminal Law Family Law Immigration Law CLASP funded by The Law Foundation of Ontario, Legal Aid Ontario and York University students.
