Fair Up is a platform that will help the working population who are looking for daily job opportunities by fairly distributing the available job opportunities in the community.
The platform works as follows:
Small businesses will register on the platform and provide details about the number of employees they need, preferred working hours, and type of work required (on-demand or for holidays).
Workers looking for daily jobs will log into the platform and indicate their availability, types of work they can do, and other information that helps them prioritize within the system, including gender, marital status, and family offerings.
The system will create a virtual queue of workers with the following priority: Women, married men with a family, divorced men with child support, and single men.
The system will match the workers in the virtual queue with jobs based on their experience, location, availability, and priority. The worker will receive a text with the job details, location, and time the night before the job is to be done.
The worker will show up and complete the job, the business will pay through the platform, and the platform will pay the worker. The same process will apply to homeowners who sign up and add the job details. If they turn in the virtual queue, the worker will receive a text with the details.
