Faircorp

Faircorp is a boutique consulting firm that helps companies prevent human rights violations in their global value chains. We act as a bridge between corporations and the end point of their global value chains and give businesses a telescopic view into their operations, to identify existing and possible human rights violations in their extended operations. Faircorp adopts a grassroots approach that targets the early and lower tiers of large global companies, to identify existing and potential human rights violations such as child labour, forced labour, trafficking, slavery and other forms of exploitation. We are based in New Delhi, and work with EU corporations to avert legal, financial and reputational costs of human rights violations in their global supply chains. We also help companies meet their existing commitments on ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility. In light of the upcoming Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence, Faircorp offers EU companies a three-pronged preventative strategy (https://www.faircorp.co/insights) to proactively address existing and potential human rights violations in the global value chains. We will take on a hands-on and bottom-up approach to work directly with the lower tiers of a company's global value chains and bring them up to speed with local and international human rights standards, as well as the company's specific requirements.
