Fairing Way is a new community offering modern 55 plus apartment-style homes, flexible services and an active lifestyle. The community is sponsored and developed by two not-for-profit, local leaders in senior living: Rice Eventide and Rogerson Communities. These organizations have been delivering innovative programs and exceptional care to older adults in Quincy and Boston for generations. Their vision for a totally new concept in senior living sets Fairing Way apart from other 55+ housing. In June 2020, we’re opening the Final Phase of our 55 and over senior living community. As we expand our entry fee retirement home community, you too can carve out your niche at Fairing Way. Opening in 2020, our Final Phase will introduce 107 brand-new senior apartments to the community – and only 30% remain! That means there are only a few more opportunities left to choose and customize your ideal apartment-style living space and make the retirement you’ve always envisioned a reality.
