We are a San Francisco based start up offering Mobility-as-a-Service (Maas) to commuters by connecting them to our listing service that features independent business owners of Taxis, Limousines and TNC drivers (Rideshare like Uber/Lyft). Our apps on Play and Apple stores facilitate fare transactions allowing riders to pay in cash or thru card. Since we are a listing service, we strictly follow AB5, the California regulation pertaining to independent contractors. This allows us to offer 100% of customer fares to drivers on our network and avoid the pitfalls of Prop 22. We are a subscription service so this allows us to keep revenue predictable and thus manage our bottom line in a way that is unheard of from pioneers of the ride hailing business. Fairpay Inc. is focused in growing in California and have started onboarding drivers in the San Francisco Bay Area. We intend to grow the revenue of the very people who are front and center of the business, while keeping fares affordable for commuters. We do not have surge pricing, predatory schemes to attract vehicles and leave them hanging, nor do we charge the riders for driver's healthcare and other fees. Fairpay is what our name suggests and we hope to live up to these ideals while growing the business beyond California's borders.
