Fair Training Center

Fair Training Center is a non-profit, social business in the Philippines that prepares migrant women for life overseas as a domestic worker. Launched in November 2016, our first-of-a-kind training program covers all aspects of your life as a domestic worker in Hong Kong. Graduates leave our training center as confident, trained professionals who are prepared for successful migration overseas. Fair Training Center was conceptualized as an innovative training center for first-time migrant workers in the Philippines and a key intervention in the Fair Employment Foundation’s long-term vision to transform the system of migrant worker recruitment in Asia.
