Forskningsprogrammet FAIRTRANS syftar till att påskynda en samhällsomställning till en rättvis fossilfri framtid. Genom samverkan mellan forskare och civilsamhället, framförallt stora folkrörelser, ska programmet skapa vetenskapligt underbyggda strategier och politiska ramverk som kan främja snabb transformation, för att säkerställa både social trygghet och klimatmål. Fairtrans finansieras av Mistra och Formas.
