Formed in 1961, Fairview is a privately-owned residential developer and home builder operating in London and the south east of England. Individual developments range from small scale schemes of 20 homes up to major regeneration projects encompassing over 800 flats and houses. The majority of units are developed for open market sale, although the group also works closely with housing associations to provide affordable homes. In addition to its own stand-alone activities, Fairview also operates in partnership with other land owners, developers and finance providers.
