Lis Royle (BSc, MSc) is the Director of Fairwinds Consulting. During the past 15+ years she has specialised in consenting and construction compliance for offshore renewable energy developments. She has supported projects from site selection/ due diligence, through consenting (EIA/ HRA), Contracts for Difference auctions, Financial Close and into construction compliance. Along the way Lis has project managed consenting deliverables and large consents teams. Key projects worked on include the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm off the East Coast of Scotland, which is now operational, and the Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm, Scotland's largest renewable energy project.
