Falcon Facilitators is owned and operated by group of FM professionals having collective working experience of over 30 years across the UAE region. This includes a team of Facilities Managers & HSE Manager who have worked for over a decade each for quite a few renowned FM companies in the UAE and delivered Total integrated FM services to a wide range of prestigious properties across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Al Ain region. With a local presence in UAE (Abu Dhabi), Falcon Facilitators has it’s Head Office based in Lucknow – ‘The City of Nawabs’ located in Northern part of India. Most of the recruitment agencies located both inside & out of UAE functions with an objective of somehow getting their candidates pushed for client interview however, they aren’t able to filter the right talent and refine them further so their skillset matches exactly with what’s needed as a part of FM operation at site. This is because either they do not have capability to do so or else, they do not value their client’s time & effort. All what they do is just arrange CVs of required trades and schedule an interview leaving the filtering and refining job with their client. This doesn’t add any value to the entire hiring process! At Falcon, we just don’t arrange CVs & interviews, we really FACILITATE the hiring process. Post head hunting, we filter out the best talent holding appropriate educational qualification and professional experience in the relevant field. Once done, we conduct a skill set gap analysis of potential candidates & accordingly, we train such candidates as per UAE industry standards. This is done through class-room sessions & practical demonstrations in our laboratories equipped with relevant tools & equipment. Once they reach the desired level, then only they’re pushed through. This saves valuable time and effort of our clients eventually making the hiring process seamless. Also, this saves our client from the consequential risk of hiring in-competent staff.
