Born on the midst of the pandemic, Flomatika emerged as an innovative and forward-thinking Value Stream Management (VSM) platform. It combined a Lean Portfolio Solution with an Agile Analytics engine, enabling organisations to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery while optimising their value streams. Through Flomatika's innovative approach to VSM, it revolutionised the way a number of large global organisations managed their delivery value streams. Offering high accuracy insights to achieve transparency at every level of software delivery. Tailored towards larger organisations, Flomatika empowered PMO, development and delivery managers, Jira/AzureDevOps data analysts and Agile Coaches to stay ahead of the chaos, visualise data with ease and make informed decisions efficiently. With a focus on removing blockers to achieve KPIs and offering transparency in CapEx budgets, Flomatika was indispensable for maximising ROI and driving success in software delivery ventures. The product was converted to an open source project Falcon Metrics (https://github.com/falcon-metrics) supported by the founding team and open source community in May of 2024.
