Falcon Wings is dedicated to empowering Emirati youth with the skills, mindset, and resilience needed to excel in their future endeavors—whether in national service, public service, the private sector, or any path they pursue. Our Falcon Cadet Program, tailored for boys aged 6 to 18, uses adventure-based learning to instill leadership, teamwork, and confidence through hands-on challenges and transformative experiences. In 2025, we are proud to expand with a dedicated program for Emirati girls, ensuring young women also benefit from opportunities to grow, lead, and develop a strong sense of community. Through innovative and engaging programs, Falcon Wings prepares students to contribute to the UAE’s future with strength, purpose, and unwavering determination. Together, we’re shaping the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
