Stephen Carpenter is the third generation of real estate developers for his family real estate company Carpenter & Associates, Inc. (“C&A”) which was founded by his grandfather in 1970 in Austin, Texas. Stephen started working with the company in 1999, he served as President since 2012 and he became the Texas Real Estate Commission (“TREC”) broker of record since February of 2024. Stephen has reappointed his father as TREC broker of record for C&A, stepped down as President of C&A, is the sole managing member of Falkor Holdings LLC and the TREC Licensed Broker of record with the Broker License #: 9014814 and Personal License #: 581285. Stephen have a vast experience in large-scale, master-planned, mega-project developments within the City of Austin, the Capitol of Texas, in the United States of America. Stephen M.
