Fallachan is a distinctive hospitality brand based in Glasgow, encompassing two unique culinary experiences. Fallachan Kitchen; an intimate 12-seat communal dining Chef’s table, & Fallachan Dining, offering bespoke private & corporate dining experiences. Fallachan Dining was founded in 2012, providing unique, corporate dining and private chef services throughout the UK and Europe for a variety of clients, tailoring our offering to guests preferences and locations, focusing on hyper-local, seasonal produce. Since opening in late 2023, our Fallachan Kitchen has been listed in the Michelin Guide, voted 30 out of 30 in The Times by Chitra Ramaswamy, and listed as one of The Best New UK Restaurants in 2025 by Conde Naste. Reservations are available Wednesday - Saturday and private dining available seven days per week.
