Brief History of Falls Dental Associates In 1994 Dr. Koni Remshak joined the practice and partnered with Dr. Eric Zall to form the present day Falls Dental Associates. As the practice grew so did the staff including four additional dentists, Dr. Edwin Brookes, Dr. Jacob Simonovich, and Dr. Scotty Boyer. In 2013, Dr.Eric retired and Dr. Remshak became the sole owner. The present facility opened in 2009. The office is modern, the staff professional, and the dentists and hygienists have state of the art equipment to give our patients the best dental care possible.
