Families First Fostering is an award winning and leading therapeutic parenting fostering agency, proudly run by the dedicated mother-and-daughter team, Amanda and Rachael. Based in Stone and Bilston, who bring nearly 40 years of combined experience in fostering and adoption to the families and children we support. Our mission is rooted in compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to helping children who haven’t had the easiest start in life. We specialise in trauma-informed, therapeutic care, equipping our foster carers with the skills and confidence to provide safe, nurturing homes where children can heal and thrive. Alongside Amanda and Rachael is a highly skilled and passionate wider team of social workers, therapists, youth workers, and family support staff. Together, we provide a holistic network of care, offering 24/7 support, specialist training, and tailored therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of every child and foster family. As a family-run agency, we pride ourselves on offering a personal, responsive service that ensures every foster carer and child feels valued and supported.
