From early Change Management practitioner to the Vice President of a large Global Operations Centre, I have established, developed and managed some of the most successful operational teams in the industry. Engagements with globally dispersed and culturally diverse teams has placed me in a unique position to bring strategic planning, workable organisational design and practical guidance/hands on expertise to company’s on the cusp of change and transformation.
