Born from our own experiences in college rocketry, we aim to fill the gap in competitions by offering a space where teams can explore, innovate, and showcase their technical prowess in rocket design and launch dynamics. Hosted in the Mojave Desert by Friends of Amateur Rocketry (FAR), a beacon for rocketry development since 2003, FAR-OUT provides teams with unparalleled logistical support, expert mentorship, and the freedom to test novel materials and fuels. Our partnership with the Mojave Air & Space Port further elevates the competition, offering a venue for our conference and a gathering space for the aerospace community.
