Faraz Atelier

Faraz Atelier is an international architectural group established in 2011 and is based in Tehran, Iran. Faraz Atelier initially started with the renovation of residential projects, and today it is active in many fields of architecture on its various scales, working in national and international contexts such as interior design, conversions, and renovation of existing buildings and commercial spaces. The practice is based on an efficient organizational structure through technical and operational excellence resources. It is divided into three main areas: administrative, commercial and technical. En. Architect Majid Ahsani as the company technical director works closely with project managers who deal with the various contracts. The administrative area has responsibility for the economic and financial management sector and coordinates the activities of the following functions: staff, general ledger, and secretary/logistics. The commercial research new market opportunities for the company, gains orders, considers requests for bid by customers and prepares its estimates, defines contracts, and prepares the budget. The working method starts from the research, the investigation of the intervention area's sociological and cultural aspects, and proposing solutions tailored to programs and places. Currently, the team is practicing modern Islamic interior architecture mostly in residential spaces, and at the same time contributing to architectural projects with Malaysian partners.
